Eligibility - Who Can Apply?

✔ Educational Qualification

• Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University

✔ Work Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience in:
  • Conducting criminal cases as an Advocate, or
  • Service in State Judicial roles or legal departments of Govt./PSU/Statutory organizations/Universities/Research Institutions.

✔ Service Requirement (for Government Officers)

• Holding an analogous post, or
• At least 5 years regular service in Pay Level-12
