As a Unit Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead a team of Retail Financial Advisors (RFAs) to achieve 100% sales targets.
• Recruit, train, guide & manage RFAs to encourage growth and productivity.
• Conduct presentations, coordinate meetings, and monitor weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and maintain professional conduct.
• Train team members in product knowledge, marketing techniques & regulations.
• Oversee administrative duties, documentation, reporting & resource allocation.

This position requires strong leadership qualities, analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure - traits that shape not just an employee, but a future leader.

🎓 Educational Qualification & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Insurance, Risk Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Life Insurance Sales.
• 2+ years of managerial experience is an added advantage.
