🔰 Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Finance & Accounting

• Process staff claims, journal entries, vouchers, and advances.
• Reconcile bank, cash, supplier records monthly.
• Maintain updated financial books both offline and digital.
• Monitor project expenditure and maintain petty cash flow.
• Support documentation across field and finance teams.

2. VAT & Tax Compliance

• Review EFD receipts, tax invoices and ensure VAT rule compliance.
• Prepare VAT refund claims & maintain TAX trackers.
• Coordinate with TRA and Ministry of Health for exemptions.
• Post VAT entries in ERP systems & verify partner reports.
• Assist during VAT audits and policy compliance.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare donor, quarterly, annual reports.
• Maintain filing, policy compliance, and organizational accounting rules.
• Support audit teams with required data.
• Assist colleagues with VAT training and financial alignment.

4. Administrative Support

• Manage asset register and tagging.
• Support budget forecasting & control.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics teams.
• Perform additional financial duties as assigned.
