🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding
- Managing recruitment process from requisition to appointment.
- Collecting documentation & issuing contracts.
- Conducting background verification and probation reviews.
- Maintaining secure staff records.
🔹 Training & Skill Development
- Assisting in Training Needs Analysis.
- Supporting teams during training programs.
- Monitoring training performance and outcomes.
🔹 HR Operations
- Payroll coordination with Accounts.
- Monitoring leave & attendance.
- Preparing transfer orders, resignation letters & contract renewals.
- Supporting grievance handling & disciplinary processes.
- Managing HRIS, maintaining ID cards & personnel files.
🔹 Strategic HR Support
- Policy sharing and implementation.
- Supporting performance management cycles.
- Enhancing employee experience and professional growth.
🛡 Safeguarding Duties (Very Important)
- Ensuring protection of staff from harm or harassment.
- Promoting safe work environment culture.
- Encouraging transparent reporting & compliance.
