• Diploma in Mining + 5 years experience + Foreman’s Certificate
  OR
• Degree in Mining Engineering + 2 years experience + Foreman/Second-Class Manager Certificate.

Geology

• Diploma in Draughtsman-ship + 5 years experience
  OR
• PG in Geology + 2 years experience.

Survey

• Diploma in Survey + 5 years experience + Mine Surveyor Certificate
  OR
• Degree in Mining/Civil or M.Tech Geomatics + 2 years experience.

Environment

• Degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology + 2 years experience.

Electrical / Mechanical / Civil

• Diploma + 5 years experience
  OR
• Degree + 2 years experience.

Mineral Processing

• Degree + 2 years experience.

Finance

• CA/ICWA Inter + 3 years experience
  OR
• PG Diploma/MBA Finance + 2 years experience.

HR / Admin

• Graduate + 5 years experience
  OR
• PG/MBA in HR + 2 years experience.

Law

• Graduate + 5 years experience
  OR
• LLB (3-year/5-year) + 2 years experience.

Materials & Contracts

• Graduate + PG Diploma/PG Degree/MBA in Materials/Supply Chain + 2 years experience.
