✔️ Eligible Candidates

• Those included in the Kerala State Medical Rank List
• Those who applied for AYUSH courses as per the notification dated 17.11.2025 or earlier
• Only candidates included in the Revised Kerala State Merit List will be considered for allotment

⚠️ Remember: Seats received in the stray vacancy allotment cannot be changed later.

❌ Who Is Not Eligible?

The following candidates cannot participate in this round:

• Those who joined or received allotment in the first phase stray vacancy allotment
• Those who continue in admitted status from previous allotments (Phase I, II, III & First Round Stray)
• Those listed as ineligible by AACCC (list dated 21.11.2025)
• Those who vacated their seats after 5 PM on 24.10.2025

💰 Registration Fee Details

Candidates must pay a new registration fee to participate:

SC/ST/OEC & other notified categories	₹500

Refund Rules

• Allotted candidates: Fee will be adjusted in tuition fee
• Not allotted: Fee will be refunded
• Not joining after allotment: Fee becomes penalty and will not be refunded
• Quitting after admission: Fee is forfeited + penalties as per KEAM Prospectus Clause 12.2.4

1. Can I edit my options after final submission?

No. Once you register your options, they are considered final.

2. Will I get my registration fee back if I don’t get any allotment?

Yes, candidates who do not receive any seat will get a refund.

3. What if I get an allotment but don’t join?

Your fee will be treated as a penalty and you will face further restrictions.

4. Do I need to pay admission fees if I belong to SC/ST/OEC?

Not for government seats. But if allotted under the Management Quota, you must pay as per the allotment memo.

5. Where can I find fee details for each college?

रिफंड नियम

• सीट मिलने पर शुल्क ट्यूशन फीस में समायोजित होगा
• सीट न मिलने पर पूरा रिफंड
• सीट मिलने के बाद शामिल न होने पर शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा
• एडमिशन के बाद सीट छोड़ने पर भी शुल्क जब्त होगा और दंड लागू होगा
