Role Responsibilities - What You Will Lead & Manage
🔧 Infrastructure Planning
- Develop annual work plans and collaborate with finance & MEL teams
- Prepare project budgets, BOQs and cost estimates
- Assess infrastructure needs and formulate improvement plans
🏫 School Construction & Renovation
- Lead construction activities ensuring government compliance
- Supervise contractors, labour teams and procurement
- Monitor project progress, budgets, milestones & risks
- Certify completed infrastructure stages before payment
🚰 Water Systems & WASH Programs
- Manage water projects including quality testing
- Support WASH training and identify new opportunities
📊 Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain audit-ready project files
- Present updates, visuals, outcomes & reports to authorities
- Prepare lessons-learned reports for future improvements
