WBSEDCL Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• JE (Electrical): 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Assistant Manager (HR & A): Graduation + 2-year MBA/MHRM/MPM or equivalent PG diploma
• Assistant Manager (F & A): Graduation + CA/CMA or 2-year MBA in Finance

Candidates must know Bengali/Nepali language. Final-year students can apply but must present their final marksheets during verification.
