The selected candidate will be responsible for managing distressed loan portfolios within the Special Assets Management Unit. The role demands strategic planning, negotiation, and client relationship management to maximize loan recovery and improve book quality.

Loan Management & Recovery

• Review and analyze non-performing loans for recovery strategies.
• Recommend suitable recovery measures to maximize returns for the bank.

Client Relationship & Negotiation

• Negotiate with customers on turnaround strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships through active communication and follow-ups.

Compliance & Monitoring

• Ensure collateral verification, insurance, and valuation compliance.
• Monitor loan covenants and detect early warning signals.

Reporting & Strategic Proposals

• Prepare turnaround/workout proposals for management approval.
• Conduct periodic business reviews and prepare performance reports.
