Role Overview
You will directly handle operational and performance metrics, ensuring the brand strengthens its footprint through:
🔹 BI-Weekly Sales Review Meetings
- Track performance across sales KPIs
- Conduct analyses to identify gaps and corrective strategies
- Ensure compliance and customer billing processes are followed
🔹 Daily MDR Performance Management
- Review previous day's achievements
- Develop capability with real-time coaching
- Recognize and reward best performers
🔹 Morning Merchandising Review
- Ensure market stock display, product visibility & cooler utilization
- Maintain pricing integrity and prevent misuse
- Close gaps and push distribution strength
🔹 Sales Execution & Growth Ownership
- Build customer base & expand distribution channels
- Conduct weekly route rides for field assessment
- Analyze market reports & competitor activities
- Drive procedural discipline and team execution
- Promote FIFO and optimize product inventory lifecycle
Reporting & KPIs

- Volume and brand-wise sales performance

- New market penetration & numeric distribution growth
